Irri-Tape IRRI-TAPE is a ribbon of reflective polyester film that has been holographicly printed with a pattern of interlocking circles resembling the eyes of owls: the natural enemy of most small birds. The 3-dimensional holographic surface reflects the colors of the spectrum with laser-like intensity. IRRI-TAPE measures two inches wide by one mil (.001") thick and comes in rolls of 100 feet and 500 feet.
